Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered email. For live updates or delays, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Within 2 days of delivery

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags intact. An unboxing video is required for missing item claims. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate your return.

Refunds

Processed in 7–10 working days

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines after item pickup and verification. COD orders are refunded to UPI or bank account; prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

3–7 working days, PAN India

We deliver PAN India in 3–7 working days. Free shipping on orders above ₹499. COD available up to ₹1,000 with a ₹60 convenience fee. Occasional delays may occur due to weather or courier issues.

Payment Issues

Resolved within 24 hours

If a payment was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, contact us on WhatsApp with your transaction reference. We'll verify and resolve it within 24 hours.
