Return within 2 days of delivery
Raise your return request within 2 days of receiving your order. Beyond this window, return requests cannot be accepted. Please check your order carefully upon arrival.

Unused with original packaging
Items must be unused, with all original packing and tags intact and undamaged. Worn or altered pieces are not eligible for return.

Unboxing video required for missing items
For any claim of missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed state — without this, claims cannot be processed.
💡 Tip: Record your unboxing video before opening the seal, every time you receive a parcel from us.

Our team arranges pickup and inspects the returned item.

Refund is processed as per RBI guidelines within 7–10 working days of verification.
COD Orders
UPI or Bank Account
Refunded to the UPI ID or bank account you provide at the time of return request.
Prepaid Orders
Original Payment Method
Refunded directly to the original payment source — card, UPI, wallet, or net banking.
